CANCELLATION

POLICY

Texas Wake Academy Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, fees will be refunded according to the following schedule. 

  • 61 or more days prior to first day of the session: 100% refund minus processing fees. 

  • 31-60 days prior to first day of the session: 75% refund minus processing fees.

  • 16-30 days prior to first day of the session: 50% refund minus processing fees.

  • 15 or fewer days prior to first day of the session: We are unable to offer a refund

 

Rescheduling will be considered a cancellation. No discounts can be given for late arrivals or early departures.
